Inglewood Primary School P&C

School Council

The Inglewood Primary School Council operates separately to the P&C. Its purpose is to enable the school, staff and parents to work together in setting the educational direction of the school, through the school development planning process.

The School Council is comprised of eight members: the Principal, two staff members and five parent/guardian members. The parent/guardian and staff representatives are nominated and elected by ballot, for a term of 1 year.

Decisions reached by the group are communicated through regular reports to the P&C, staff and in newsletters. Minutes of the meetings are available from the school.
